Our Value Chain
Our business model combines direct sourcing, flexible specifications, and professional advisory support. By aligning financing, certification, and logistics, we make trade efficient for buyers and profitable for producers. With operations anchored in Ghana and an EU hub in Düsseldorf, we bridge African production with international markets.
We work directly with farmer cooperatives and certified processors across West Africa to secure consistent Shea, Cocoa, Cashew, Soy, Rice, Sugar, and seasonal fresh fruits. Our sourcing model prioritizes reliability, traceability, and long‑term relationships
Through local processing partnerships, we upgrade commodities where it makes sense—e.g., shea butter/oil, cocoa butter/powder, and cashew grading—so buyers receive products closer to spec, with better unit economics and reduced lead times.
Every lot is documented and checked against buyer specs, with batch/lot tracking and export documentation (CO, Phyto, inspection reports). We align with EU food safety and traceability requirements and Ghana Standards Authority protocols.
We support Letters of Credit, structured payments, and risk mitigation so complex cross‑border deals run smoothly. Our advisory helps buyers and suppliers navigate market entry, customs, and regulatory steps with confidence.
